SHIPPING
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you live in the contiguous United States (i.e. 'lower 48'), ground shipping is $15. We also ship internationally to most countries. Shipping to Canada is $30 and all other international shipping is $40.
We know how important it is for you to receive your items quickly. Unless otherwise stated, most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering. If an item is available for pre-orders, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. You will be charged when you place your order. You can cancel your order any time prior to shipment...just get in touch with us.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase but if something isn't right, let us know!If you are not satisfied with your Harper Greer purchase for any reason, return it within 45 days of the purchase date.
Products returned after 45 days will be issued a store credit. Products returned after 90 days will be issued a store credit at the most current sale price listed. All sale merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return shipping is FREE! Just call or email us and let us know what you'd like to return and
we will send you a return address label. You'll put the label on your box and
give it to your post person or drop it in a mailbox.
